The costs for returning your product (s) are for your own expense.
We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving your shipment.
You can return your order via PostNL or via another carrier. The costs are for the buyer.

Does your item not fit? We will exchange the size for you!
Ofcourse, you can also return your order for money back.

You can register your exchange or return via various options.

We can only refund the full purchase amount if you adhere to the following rules:

  • The products must be unworn with the original tags and labels still attached. You can always try it on!
  • Shoes must be returned with the supplied and undamaged shoe box and shipped in the original box.
  • The items must be packed in the undamaged and original packaging.
  • If received, enclose the invoice.
  • Pay attention! Return your item(s) carefully. If the return shipment is damaged or has been used beyond what is necessary to assess the item, we can charge you a depreciation.
  • You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the products, without giving any reason.
  • It is important that you return the package to Cuori Esca within 14 days of registering your return.
  • You can also return without prior notice. This must be done within 14 days of receipt.
  • You may also dissolve the purchase agreement in another way, for example by telephone, by e-mail via our customer service or via the model withdrawal form. The address details for returning your items can always be found in the box or on the contact page.

If you cancel the contract, you will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that point without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the contract. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, no costs will be charged for such refunds.

In the event of a depreciation of the returned item(s), we may decide not to credit a part or the entire amount. Depreciation of the item(s) occurs when it is found to be damaged when the item(s) is/are returned, the original brand or price labels are no longer attached to the item(s) or it is clear that the item(s) has been worn or washed.
